Beginner
Advanced
Overview of the general course schedule Level 1 and 2 (Mon. - Fri.)
11:00 a.m. - Surf course session 1 - intensive group course (with joint development of the goals for session 2)
1:00 p.m. - Short lunch break on the beach (or in the surf lodge, depending on conditions/tides)
1:30 p.m.* - Session 2 with more free surf character
Work on the individual goals that the coach set with you in Session 1 in the morning
-Teachers film and provide individual support for your daily goals
3pm - Back to camp
* IF CONDITIONS DO NOT PERMIT CONTINUING, WE WILL HAVE PART 2 LATER AFTERNOON** after the lunch break or have the video analysis / surf theory and / or pool training in the surf lodge
**3:00 p.m. - 2nd part of the session with more free surf character
Work on your individual goals that your coach set in the first part of the session in the morning
-Trainers film and give individual tips, or pool training paddle/duck diving techniques/apnea training
5pm - Back to camp
