About ElementFish Surfcamp

If you like the idea of living right by the beach, kite surfing and surfing everyday without spending any time driving down the beach, then you should join us!

ElementFish Surfcamp is located on a peninsula inside a small national park in Ofir in northern Portugal. It's very peaceful and calm here. The surf break is just behind the dune and there's hardly any crowd - even in summer.

We are looking for openminded , reliable and energetic people, with hands-on mentality . If you like to become part of a team of watersports fans, working hard and feeling most happy seeing the smiling faces of our guests , you should definetely get in touch with us!
(German and/or English are necessary but any other additional languages are welcome.)

We are looking for a surf coach with experience in beginners and advanced level groups .As well we are looking for assistant surf coaches.

We are looking for a full-time Chef to run our Kitchen professional, serving fresh healthy dishes for Guests and Team. Handling the kitchen team, organising all grocery orders and stock is part of the job. (Driving license is important here).
Position is avaialbe for the complete Season 2024 only, starting 23.03.2024 till end of October .

On top of that we are looking for a Volunteer helping with preparing breakfast as well as assisting the chef in serving dinner for our guests.

Since many years now yoga is a fundamental part of  our surf and kitesurf camps at Elementfish and we are seeking out for someone taking over that part from end of March 2024 onwards.
