Regeneration in the camp

Surfing, kitesurfing, regenerating: With our new recovery features, you'll experience the camp more holistically than ever before.

Whether surfing or kitesurfing, water sports place intense demands on the body. That's why targeted recovery is an integral part of our courses. Once a week, our surfing and kitesurfing students participate in a guided recovery session including a sauna and ice bath.

After active days on the water, the combination of heat and cold supports recovery, releases muscle tension, and helps gather new energy for upcoming sessions. The session is conducted in a controlled and guided manner and is also ideally suited for beginners.

Sauna

The sauna helps to loosen strained muscles after surfing and kitesurfing sessions, promotes blood circulation, and brings the body into a regenerative state. As part of the weekly session, it's a conscious moment to unwind, together with the group and under the guidance of our team.

Ice bath

The ice bath provides a targeted cold stimulus that can support regeneration, reduce muscle soreness, and activate the circulatory system. Participation is voluntary, guided, and safe, focusing on breathing, self-control, and individual well-being.

• Support for physical recovery

Mental strength & focus

• Activation after intensive training sessions

Massage

In addition to group recovery sessions, our physiotherapist Vici offers individually bookable massages at the camp. The treatments are specifically tailored to the demands of surfing and kitesurfing. Ideal for relieving tension, fatigue, or for targeted support of recovery.

Yoga – Regeneration, Balance & Focus

Yoga is an integral part of our holistic camp experience and the perfect complement to surfing and kitesurfing sessions. The sessions are suitable for all levels and designed to mobilize the body, release tension, and recharge your energy.

In the morning, energizing yoga sessions promote mobility, strength, and focus – perfect preparation for time in the water or on land. In the evening, calm, relaxing sessions help to consciously wind down the day, reset the body, and support regeneration.

Depending on conditions, the yoga classes take place at our home spot in the camp or in the dunes with sea views.
